4. Cancellation Policy
Service may be cancelled in the following instances and is subject to cancellation fees.

5. Followup Services
Followup Services verify, re-evaluate or update results from original report. The original report must accompany all Followup Service requests.
Update / Re-Assess
Gemstone will go through the full identification process and a new report will be issued.
- Original Report must be accompany
- New Report will be issued
- Old Report will not be returned
- Only available for reports issued with the last five years
Reprint / Missing
No reprint will be provided for missing nor damaged report. A new full test will be performed for missing or reprint report service.
- Reprint for a damaged report will fall under the Update / Reassess services
- Missing Report for the gemstone will required customer re-submit as a new gemstone identification service.
